Class Act Performing Arts Academy

Home of Talent Team, Totality, CAD Co. and Eastside Ballet

 

Opening a NEW studio in January 09!!! 

Pecos/Ellsworth in Queen Creek

Located at 511 W. Guadalupe Road Suite 12, this newly renovated studio will bring a wholesome well rounded performing arts education to youth in the East Valley of the Phoenix, Arizona, Metropolitan area. This G-rated, family friendly studio is performance based rather than competition based.  All costumes and choreography are modest which supports parents who want to give their child a high quality and professional arts education while remaining non-suggestive. We focus on developing skills for the recreational student through professional 'hopefuls'.  We are proud affiliates of Millie Lewis which enables us to take our students who are looking and ready to move toward professional careers. 

Our classes include Musical theatre, jazz, tap, classical ballet, hip hop, ballroom, kick line, clogging, stretch and strengthen classes, drama, many performing companies (see below) as well as private lessons in voice guitar, violin and piano.

Talent Team

Talent Team is a national performing group for youth ages 3 to 18. Participants learn skills in singing, dance, drama, elementary theory, microphone work and much more. This musical theatre program has an outstanding track record and as a studio we are very happy to have this option for children and their parents. Totality

Totality and Totality 2 are the auditioned musical theatre programs under the Talent Team umbrella. These classes are designed for those who show a real apptitude for musical theatre, as well as for those who absolutely love to perform. Totality members are well on their way to developing all skills necessary for professional musical theatre careers. Click the Totality heading for more information.

 Auditions for Totality ~ Friday May 23.  Ages 8-12 from 4:30-6:30. 

Ages 13-18 from 6:30-8:30.

CAD Co.

CAD Co. is Class Act's newest performing company, with the emphasis on dance! Members of this company will learn skills in jazz, tap, ballet with some hip hop and lyrical as well. This (like our other performing companies) is a performance based company - though they do participate in one or two competitions/workshops a year.  Click on the CAD Co. heading for more information.

Eastside Ballet

Eastside Ballet and Class Act Performing Arts Academy merged in the spring of 2005. Eastside Ballet had been in the East Valley for over 25 years. When its former director moved she looked for a home for this program, and thus we became 'one' that year. Click on the Eastside heading for more information.
